The Machine design is modular and hence it is possible to start with a Pick –Fill –Seal Machine capable of running at 55-60 packs/Minute and converts to a complete HFFS machine capable of running up 80-100 Packs/Minute. Mamata is the only company which offers this modularity.

Mamata offers solutions such as the HFFS, PFS, a machine designed to meet the needs of high production and hygiene of Namkeens, Cereals, Chocolates, Confectionery & dry nuts fruits or Indian Namkeen manufacturers. Taking into account cleanliness and hygiene protocols, this machine – which manufactures Doy Pack with Zipper, can produce up to 85 pouches per minute of 200 gms with 95% minimum efficiency. The Machine controls & software is Pack ML compliant for easy integration with other upstream & downstream equipments.
